  • John Sokol - Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President
    John has been Chairman, CEO and President of the Company since 2007. He was President of the Company from 1999 until 2007, Executive Vice President from 1996 until 1999 and Vice President from 1993 until 1996. From 1989 until 1993, John served as an officer for Manufacturers Hanover and Chemical Bank, a national provider of banking and financial services.
  • Dan Stephan - President of OIC Lender Services (www.oiclenderservices.com)
    Dan has served as President of OIC Lender Services, a division of Ohio Indemnity, since 2008. He was Senior Vice President of Ohio Indemnity from 2003 until 2008. He was Vice President of Ohio Indemnity from 2000 until 2003. From 1999 until 2000, he owned and operated Promark Specialty Insurance, an independent insurance agency and consulting firm. From 1997 until 1999, he served as the General Manager of the Lender Products Division of Markel American Insurance Company, a property/casualty insurance company. From 1993 until 1997, he served as the Product Manager for Progressive Corporation, a property/casualty insurance company, where he directed sales and marketing for insurance products and services.
  • Ron Lucki - Vice President of Business Development for Unemployment Compensation (www.ucassure.com)
    Ron has served as Vice President of Business Development for Ohio Indemnity’s Unemployment Compensation line of business since 2014. From January 2008 until 2014, he served as Director of Business Development and Customer Service for CareWorks, one of the country’s leading providers of workers’ compensation medical management and absence/disability management services. From 2000 until December 2007, he served as Director of Association Services and Customer Service for CompManagement, Inc. (a Sedgwick Company), a leading provider of worker’s compensation claims administration services. From 1992 until 2000, he served various management and director roles for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, the exclusive provider of workers' compensation insurance to private and public employers in Ohio.
  • Steve Toth - Vice President of Underwriting for Unemployment Compensation (www.ucassure.com)
    Steve has served as Vice President of Underwriting for Ohio Indemnity’s Unemployment Compensation line of business since 1999. He joined Ohio Indemnity in 1989 and served as Assistant Vice President of Ohio Indemnity from 1989 until 1999. From 1986 until 1989, he was employed by the Rockwood Insurance Group, a property/casualty insurance company, where he managed their unemployment compensation insurance program.
  • Matt Nolan - Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary
    Matt has served as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the Company since 2004. He joined the Company in 2003 and served as Manager of Finance & Reporting from 2003 until 2004. From 1997 until 2003, he was employed by KPMG LLP, an independent registered public accounting firm, where he served as an Audit Manager in the financial services sector with a specialized focus in the insurance industry. Mr. Nolan is a certified public accountant licensed in the state of Ohio.
  • Margo Noreen - Vice President of Technology
    Margo has served as Vice President of Technology since 2008. She joined the company in 2006 and served as Technology Director from 2006 until 2008. Prior to that, she was the Chief Information Officer for Real Living Inc., the fifth largest residential real estate company in the U.S., where she directed the company's award-winning public web presence, internal agent portal systems, and the IT infrastructure for company owned offices in Columbus, Cleveland and Cincinnati. Margo's technical background dates back to the mid 1980's covering CD ROM publishing, multimedia development and a variety of consulting roles.
